Economy: The land in Utah makes it a top producer of agricultural products. In fact, Utah ranks fifth in the U.S. for its production of beef cattle and calves, dairy products, hogs, hay and nursery products. Wool, honey, wheat, barley, onions, potatoes and mushrooms are also produced and grown in Utah. The tourism industry, hotels and private health care also contribute to Utah's economy.
