History:
Santa Rosa was previously home to Native Americas, Spanish and Mexicans before the city was incorporated into the country or state. In 1870, according to the U.S. Census, Santa Rosa was the largest city in California. In 1958, Santa Rosa was one of the eight regional headquarters for the U.S. Office of Civil and Defense Mobilization
